GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Starting cornerback Eric Green was among the Arizona players inactive for the Cardinals' game against San Francisco on Monday night.
Green, sidelined with a knee injury, was replaced by rookie Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Two Arizona tight ends - Ben Patrick (knee) and Jerame Tuman (ankle) also were inactive.
As expected, San Francisco wide receiver Arnaz Battle was out with a foot injury. The 49ers were without tackle Barry Sims with a knee injury. Adam Snyder moved into Sims' spot.
San Francisco waived tackle Kirk Barton and signed wide receiver Dominique Zeigler from the practice squad.
